Your story should be well developed, polished, and edited: something you’d feel proud to submit to a magazine.

Main character
Time and place
Main character’s goals (internal and external)
Obstacles to those goals (internal and external)
Resolution where the character either attains or fails to attain goals and is changed by the process.
