What should the governments role in health care be?

Basic Requirements:

Your paper should present a policy proposal make an argument that some specific group should take some course of action.
Use MLA format for in-text citations and Works Cited list.  You can find help at www.easybib.com or at the Purdue University Online Writing Lab (OWL) section on MLA at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/01/
Use at least 5 sources:
o Encyclopedias (online or conventional) may be used, if necessary (i.e. you cant find the information in any other way), but do not count among the 5 required sources. When you evaluate your sources, ask yourself if each source is the best available source of information on the subject.
o You may use field research, such as an interview or survey, for one of the required sources (you may use more than one form of field research, but you must have at least four published sources).
o Your sources should be appropriate for an academic reader they should be evaluated carefully for accuracy and bias (always ask yourself about the motives of the authors of your sources).
Your paper should be a minimum of 1,500 words long (about 5-6 pages, not including the works cited list)
Your paper must be an argument: you must make a claim that you defend with evidence, with which a reasonable person could disagree.  Your paper should be written for an audience of neutral or resistant readers (people who dont already agree with you). You should try to persuade your readers to accept your view.
