Think about the claim that the cartoonist is making about the past. What changed? What caused the change? Who took action? Who was affected by their actions?

1. What evidence does the cartoon use to try to prove its argument?

Think about specific historical events, people, laws, or concepts that the cartoon draws from to support its claim.

Half page is fine. This does not need to be a full page answer.  As long as the questions are fully answered.
