He stated that factorssuch as achievement, recognition,responsibility and career advancementare key motivating factors that willhelp employees exceed at their work.Whereas factors such as supervision,

company policies, work conditions,salary were the hygiene factors, whichwhen absent were sure to demotivateemployees.
