The research subject for your report should be Effective transfer of Learning to the Workplace

Within your report you should:
Provide a clear aim for your research project
Identify two or three research questions
Explain your proposed research methodology (approach)
Identify data sources categorised as primary, secondary, quantitative and quantitative as
appropriate and explain why they are useful to your research
Identify some appropriate sources of literature that you will recommend to be covered in the
literature review (identify and briefly summarise at least three literary sources
How you analysed the information and data collected
Draw conclusions and make recommendations on your findings
Summarise the limitations of your research
Articulate recommendations suitable for inclusion in a business report (based on the research
you have conducted so far)

You should also include 3-5 references from up-to-date and relevant sources in order to support your findings. Please ensure that all reference sources are acknowledged correctly within the text and on a reference list provided. Any appendices that you provide are not included in the word count.
