In the lecture, I defined the term Federalism, which is the relationship between the the three levels of government (National, State and Local governments). I mentioned the devolution of that relationship, which has given the states more power make their own decisions, but it also means that the states must put up more funding for its own services (ex: schools, healthcare,etc)  and financially back most of its policy decisions. 300 words requirement write in you own words after watching lecture video.
