The topic is about Talent Retention. How we prevent talented employee from leaving the organization.

In this project, we are four members working in different financial institutions, and to understand the issue more, each member asked his HR officers on the main reasons that they hear in conducting Exit-Interview and we gather all reasons to reach the conclusion that they leave the company for:

Top reason – Compensation and Benefits (not having a competitive salary)
Med reason – Work-life Balance (high workload requires staying additional hours)
Low reason – Career Development (training, promotions, and annual increase)

Paper Criteria:

Evaluation and proposal of solutions: Clearly articulates the journey of discovery that the ALP Team has been on How perspectives were reinforced or challenged, how key decisions were made and how the ALP Team was influential and persuasive
Investing for the long term: Provides compelling hard and soft evidence of impact to-date and projected future impact for ALP Team members, their organisations and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabias Vision
