Our company we chose to write about is CARVANA. Which is an IPO, the company had to be IPO that was established in 2017 or later.

We have to identify the companys key strategic issues, research its current situation, and present strategic recommendations.

I am assigned with the internal analysis of the company, and we have to cover the following topic in it. 

Internal analysis
a. How well is the companys strategy working? Use a few measures of performance discussed in the beginning of Chapter 4.
b. Evaluation of financial performance: Analyze the trend of a few financial ratios over time.
c. Evaluation of the companys resources and capabilities using the VRIN framework.
d. Identification of the companys generic competitive strategy (see Chapter 5)
e. SWOT analysis
f. Identification of strategic issues.
