The class is a capstone class.

Basically what we did in class is that we chooses a company that we want to work on during the semester and solve a strategic issue that they were facing.

As a business student, I choose a company from the financial sector. We did a consulting report by using a lot of useful frameworks that will not only help us as worker but also for personal purposes.

The frame works that we learned are:

SWOT: external and internal

VRIO (Internal) : value, rare, imitate, and organize

PESTEL (external): political, economic, social, technology, environment, and legal

All of these frameworks helped us to get into a solution of the strategic issue.

What I would like you to write in the reflection paper is how well this consulting repot that I worked on in this course will help me as a stepping zone to my journey. I DON’T WANT YOU TO MENTION MAINLY WHAT I LEARN BUT HOW IT WILL HELP ME IN MY FUTURE CAREER.
