Read about uses of pre-Internet ICTs by extremists and terrorists as well as uses of the Internet by these actors. For this reflection, you will discuss extremist and terrorist uses of ICTs. Choose one pre-Internet ICT tool and discuss parallels between that technology and the Internet. Also discuss how the internet provides more functionality than that older ICT. Finally, suggest at least one way in which the internet is missing some of the utility of the older ICT.
