The personal narrative is your reflection (500 1250 word essay or a 3 – 4 minute video) about what you have learned about yourself this term and how you can build upon this knowledge while a student at Hult.  You might reflect on how you have developed your soft skills this term (creativity, collaboration, persuasion, adaptability and emotional intelligence). You could also reflect on the results of a number of self-assessments that will be conducted in class about different aspects of you cultural differences, strengths, team roles, personality, interpersonal skills, etc, as well as your experience in working in a team. Any and all aspects of what we have covered in the course may be included.
