Please Explain the “theory in action” using this model. Describe the application of the theory. By using one of Mishel’s uncertainty questionnaires to assess the level of uncertainty on patients diagnosed with glaucoma in order to provide a more targeted evaluation, intervention and education to reduce uncertanty.
