marginalization with Asian-Americans

Even though Asian-Americans have overcome many stereotypes there is one segment within their group that is being marginalized. It is a common belief that college age students applied to Harvard University and were discriminated against because they are Asian-American. Harvard has shown that the ratings for personality traits like courage and kindness, are very low for Asian-Americans compared to any other racial or ethnic group. They have also shown that the Asian-Americans score higher on admissions measures like test scores and grades, compared to other scores that have been taken by other ethnic groups. College entrance exams should be solely based on test scores and not personality traits.
