As a part of this project students will be asked to write a 4-5 page paper describing their product and the life stage they chose. This should include a description of at least 5 nutrition components of the life stage and how they were incorporated into the product. Students will also be expected to briefly discuss how their product is different from those currently available.

o A minimum of 5 peer-reviewed journal articles must be utilized to construct

your paper, as well as other appropriate references (textbook, credible web- based articles).

o The paper must have an introduction, purpose, body, and conclusion. In addition it should have appropriate flow, grammar, and spelling.

o In-text citations and a bibliography using the 7th edition citation style must be included. Reference the Purdue University writing lab (OWL) or TWU library website if you are unsure about how to cite a source.

o Use the attached rubric as a guide for length requirements and what should be addressed in your paper.
