This project is an overview of the facility you are planning to have built or renovated, including a rough blueprint. It should be in a proposal that would be considered for a budget plan. It should include a description and justification of each area on  – Daniel Gymnasium (3,200) is home to the Virginia States University  mens and womens basketball teams and the  Trojan volleyball team. The gym was named after Charles J. Daniel, the Secretary of the College back in 1916.
