In order to successfully complete this assignment, you will need to use specific elements of the documentary as primary evidence. By elements, I mean scenes, characters, dialogue, images. Use details.

In addition, you will use two secondary outside sources, as well as your own experience & observations, for further evidence. I will supply a choice list of sources. You can use sources that you find, but they must be credible. I will want to vet them as well.

There are a number of steps involved in crafting this essay.

1.) Descibe the general perspective the documentary offers on the topic.

2.) Identify an angle or aspect of the documentary you wish to focus on (environmental effects, working conditions/human rights, mass consumption)

3.) Interpret what the documentary has to say about that angle.

4.) State whether you think these conclusion are fair and why or why not.

In other words, you will need to develop a thesis that does not merely agree or disagree. It will also have to present a focus or angle and a judgement on that angle.
