NOTES FROM THE TEACHER TO IMPROVE THE COURSEWORK

The citations on the slides, core text and online Reading list are good starting points to reference your arguments. Use the HINTS in the planning document, they are a great guide.

Plan Row 1. Enhance, leverage retain; most of what you need here should be in week 1 of the slides;

Row 2. Questions you might pose to yourself in your "discussion" – Do FBLC need an annual PA?; What are the advantages and disadvantages?; What does theory have to say e.g. motivation. Your ability to be critical and evaluate is being explored here.

Row 3. Link to adv. and disadv. in row 2. Compare theory to practice e.g. one or two sentences about role-play experience to argue a point. (DO NOT critique the role-play). Why is PA not a perfect tool?

Row 4. Why does LM need to be good? In what areas do they need to be good? What does theory say about LM abilities?

Good luck!
