Crisis Communication

1) Assign yourself to be in a position of leadership.  You should be clear with what your role is, and within what industry.  You could be the CEO of a retail chain, or the Governor of a state (for example).
2) Your assignment should be broken up into 3 sections:
– Preparedness: Describe what you would have in place, the resources you would have engaged, and what other measures you would have positioned to execute should a crisis occur.
-Crisis: Simulate a crisis. It can be any kind of crisis
– Response & Image Restoration: Leveraging all of the course material describe in detail how you would respond, communicate, and restore your public perception image.

double spaced, and demonstrate a strong command of the material we have covered.  Make sure to use and cite sources.
