Here are the guidelines for the concert report.

Students must view  a video performance of a professional level performance of the music we are covering in class.. The music at the concert should reflect the eras of music that is covered in this course. Partial viewing of the  concert will not be accepted. As proof of entire viewing, students must write about all the music performed and all the movements (if applicable).

The report must  Include the following items : Tempo of the music, dynamics, mood, performance style, quality of the performance, response of the audience, presentation of the performers, instruments used, instruments featured, singers, reaction of the performers and overall effectiveness of the concert. Include your educated opinion  to the concert.

Always utilize proper musical terminology.
If the performance contains a selection that has more than one movement, describe each of the movements.

Report  should be 1.5 -2  pages, typed, and spaced (1.5).
