After reviewing the overview of the term project for this course, you are asked to write a brief journal that addresses the following:
What intrigues you most about coaching and/or consulting as a practice within organizations or as a profession?
The project requests that you decide upon an experiential coaching or consulting project.  Which approach do you plan to take and why?
Describe one or two potential clients (use pseudonyms and general descriptions about the individual, group or organization you will work with for the purpose of this project.

Submission Criteria:
Journal submissions should be between 350-500 words.
Writing in the first person is most appropriate for journal submissions and you are not required to include references.
