Midterm Paper. Write a 6-8 page term paper that concerns a topic related to cultural psychology (this may be a topic covered in the course or some other topic you select). The term paper can be either a literature review or a research proposal.

The literature review should include at least 6 journal articles or book chapters that are not on our syllabus (though may include other articles or chapters from the syllabus). The research proposal should include a short literature review of at least 4 journal articles that are not on our syllabus as well as a description of an empirical study that could be done to study your research question.  Students are encouraged to work closely with the teaching assistant for guidance on the term paper.
