Assignment: Interview Notes Submission

1. Download the document listed in Module 4 resources titled "Interview Questions: Program Evaluation Implementation."

2. Using the interview questions provided in this module's Learning Resources, conduct interviews with two professionals in the field who were involved in the implementation of a program evaluation for the same site. Be sure to interview one program leader and one other stakeholder associated with or impacted by the program evaluation. 

3. Take notes during the interviews and summarize responses to each question/prompt in a typed document.
